Your scan will take around 30 minutes. You’re welcome to relax in the waiting room while we scan your denture. Once the scan is complete, you’ll receive a USB stick with your scan, which will also be saved to our secure system.

D3 DigiStore is a reliable, cost-effective way to make sure if you ever lose or break your denture, you can get a fast replacement. Our clinicians take a 3D scan of your denture, and we securely store the scan in our database. You’ll also receive a USB stick that contains your scan. If you lose or damage your denture, we can use the DigiStore scan to make a replacement within 72 hours.
D3 Replica Dentures are a 3D milled copy of your existing denture. We use the DigiStore scan to accurately recreate your denture. It’s fast, cost-effective, and produces a high-quality denture.

Yes! There are a couple of options. Our scanners are portable, so if you’re in a town or city with a Duchenne clinic, we can let you know when our scanner is available. Alternatively, you can send us your denture, and we’ll scan and return it. Give us a call first so we know to expect your denture!
Absolutely - as long as you’ve had a DigiStore scan. Just let us know that you need a replica denture and we’ll create it and send it to you.

Your denture scan is securely backed up on our database, so if you lose your USB stick, don’t worry - we can still create a replica denture.
This is one of our favourite things about D3 DigiStore. Your replacement denture should be ready within 3 working days; this can occasionally vary due to capacity.
The denture is milled in two parts - the base and the teeth - which are then glued together. Next, the whole denture is remilled, before one of our technicians takes care of the finishing touches: polishing, final finishing, and checking for fit. It’s a great combination of technology and human expertise.
